About this app

My Lex is the mobile app for LexMeeting. With the app, you can, as a participant or administrator, access meeting documents, read PDF files, search documents and continue working — on your phone or tablet, with or without internet.

FEATURES
• Log in with your Partner ID and your LexMeeting account
• Browse meetings and documents
• Read PDF documents with zoom, scrolling and navigation
• Make notes and markups directly in the documents
• Read and write comments linked to meetings and points
• Search in titles and in the document text itself
• Sync meetings and documents for offline use
• Confidentiality and GDPR-marked documents are handled according to your organization's rules

OFFLINE
When you have internet access, the app can download meetings and documents to your device. You can then read saved documents even without a network. Syncing takes place in the background when you are online again.

REQUIRES LEXMEETING
My Lex requires a valid LexMeeting license and Partner ID from your organization. The app cannot be used without this. Contact your administrator or IT department if you need access.
