An essential feature of the app is the smooth check-in process; with a few taps, guests can easily retrieve the reservation details and complete check-in from the comfort of their own device.

Simply scan a passport, register personal and emergency contact details, securely add credit card information, and upload a photo. Once complete, a digital boarding pass is generated, providing smooth and effortless access to the journey.

Throughout the journey, My Explora becomes a trusted companion, guiding guests through each day with clarity and ease. Guests can seamlessly access itinerary details, explore ship deck plans, view dining options, make dinner reservations, and reserve treatments at Ocean Wellness – The Spa.
Guests can get a glimpse of the destinations that will soon unfold before them throughout the journey – each offering new perspectives and meaningful connections to the world around them. Destination Experiences can be explored and reserved through the app, allowing guests to plan ahead and prepare for the moments of discovery ashore.

Smooth check-in and easy access to onboard information. Was able to easily check-in for the cruise same day with ease. Entered everything I needed for Terminal check-in that made getting through a breeze. To note you do have to make sure you enter your entire name as shown on your passport to make sure the validation of the passport works. So when you book make sure to do so.

Very poor design,so most users will fail to log in. After inputting name, surname and booking number, you are asked to scan passport. No problem. Then you will find your passport is rejected because you didn't book your cruise using every single Christian name. In my case I have three. Ridiculous that the only solution offered when I phoned helpline was to email so they input all my names into the system. This will cause so much extra work because of abysmal app design

App is very flaky and does not update quickly when bookings are made directly with the destinations desk
