Explore Jordan Business is the partner companion app for businesses listed on the Explore Jordan travel platform. It gives accommodation providers, tour guides, and other listed places one place to manage how they appear to travelers and stay on top of customer activity — from any phone.

This app is for registered Explore Jordan business partners and requires a partner account to sign in. Accounts are set up through the Explore Jordan platform. It is not a public booking or browsing app for travelers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Manage your listing — Keep your profile accurate in both English and Arabic: name, description, location, contact details, opening hours, and amenities.

- Photo gallery — Upload, update, and remove the photos travelers see on your listing.

- Reviews and ratings — Read the reviews and comments customers leave and respond to them directly. Replies are published after a moderation check.

- Messages — Travelers can reach out with enquiries about your accommodation or tours, and you can reply right from your inbox. (Available for listing types that support direct messaging.)

- Performance insights — View simple statistics about your listing's activity to see how it is performing over time.

- Team access — Add and manage staff members who help run your listing.

- Safety controls — Report or block customers when needed to help keep conversations and reviews respectful.

- Notifications — Get timely alerts for new reviews, messages, and important updates, with settings to control what you receive.

The app is fully bilingual with complete English and Arabic support, including right-to-left layouts.

YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY

We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy, available inside the app and on our website. You can manage your account and request account deletion from within the app at any time.
