About this app

SCILLY LIVE

Everything that decides your day, on one screen.
- Skybus flights, Scillonian III sailings and Penzance Helicopters, today and the days ahead
- The island boats from St Mary's quay, straight from the Boatmen's board, with a picker for Tresco, Bryher, St Martin's and St Agnes
- Fog and visibility at the airports, wind, sea state, tides and the weather now
- Service advisories from the operators, grouped by day

TRAVEL ALERTS

Turn on alerts and we let you know when it matters: a new advisory, a fog hold, a cancelled sailing or a change to the boats. Choose the services you use, how much you want to hear, and quiet hours overnight. Visiting? Add your dates and you also get a note the week before and each morning of your trip.

PLAN YOUR TRIP

Tell us where you are staying, your dates and what you love, and get a day by day itinerary built around the boats and the tides. Places to eat, things to do, island hops, rest days, what to pack and what to book. Download it as a PDF, add it to your calendar and open it again anywhere with your trip ID.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Save the whole guide to your phone before you head off. Island pages, maps, places, timetables, tides and your itinerary all keep working on the off islands, at sea and anywhere the signal drops.

FIND YOUR WAY

- Island maps with beaches, viewpoints, history and places to eat
- Around me shows what is nearby with walking times, and works offline
- Guided walks that tell each stop's story as you arrive
- what3words addresses for exact spots

OVER 500 PLACES

Places to eat, stay, shop and explore across all five inhabited islands, with opening hours, dog friendly details and walking times from the quay. Plus What's on, useful contacts and our guides and stories about island life.

Explore Scilly is an independent guide. It is not run by Isles of Scilly Travel, Penzance Helicopters or the boat operators. Always check with the operator before you travel, and remember the boat and the weather have the final word.
