About this app

Who was Yeshua, known today as Jesus? What was his world like? How did his sayings and story reach us?

Explore Yeshua invites you to discover his time, meet the people around him and read the texts that preserved his memory. Follow an illustrated exploration in English and French, at your own pace.

UNDERSTAND THE MAN AND HIS WORLD
Explore first-century Galilee, its Jewish and Roman context, languages, daily life and the questions surrounding Yeshua. The guides distinguish supported facts, hypotheses and uncertainties.

MEET THE PEOPLE
Discover the women and men connected to his story, their lives and their place in the sources. Portraits are visual reconstructions, accompanied by historical content.

FOLLOW HIS LEGACY
The After Yeshua section explores how his memory was transmitted through early communities, texts, traditions, doctrines, councils and institutions, as well as his later place in Islam.

READ THE SAYINGS AND ANCIENT TEXTS
Explore sayings attributed to Yeshua, their context and commentary. Browse a library of canonical texts, apocryphal writings and ancient testimonies.

MAKE ROOM FOR REFLECTION
A contemporary philosophical reading, clearly identified as such, offers questions and exercises. Keep personal notes to continue your own reflection.

EXPLORE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Save favourites and return to your reading progress. With Yeshua+, access complete content and English audio narration for supported content. Download these narrations to listen offline. An optional daily reminder brings you back to a saying and its context.

The app offers a free introduction, with additional content available through a Yeshua+ subscription. Texts are available in English and French; audio narration is in English. No user account is required. The app contains no advertising.
