The "EXRG Connect" application allows you to remotely control your Nilan by EXRG system.
With the touch of a finger it will be possible to change the required ventilation level, the temperature in the room and that of the domestic hot water.
The EXRG Connect supervision system, installed in your Nilan unit, connects simply by bringing the communication cable to the router, without the need for dedicated configurations or the purchase of external equipment.
It will be sufficient to register on the website www.exrg-data.it using the registration code provided with the machine, to create a dedicated access to your system. At this point you will already be able to control the machine locally or remotely using any web browser.
By installing the EXRG Connect application it will be possible to use the supervision and control system directly from your smartphone.
Through the simple interface it will be possible to make graphs of the trend of the main quantities.
EXRG Connect, in addition to giving the user the opportunity to interact with the Nilan by EXRG system, takes care of controlling the activation and functionality of the various components of the system as a humidifier, sanitizer, integrative split
The EXRG Connect supervision system also allows remote alarming of the units, immediately informing you of any anomaly.
The EXRG after-sales service, through this tool, is able to verify, in the event of anomalies, the operation of the machine, solving it remotely if possible or alerting the appropriate Technical Assistance Center and thus shortening the search times for faults.
