About this app

AuthEx is Exsis' mobile authenticator for securely confirming access to your account.

With AuthEx, you link your mobile phone to your user and authorize logins using SMS codes, QR code scanning, and device biometrics.

What you can do:
• Register your device with email, password, and phone number
• Validate the link with an OTP code sent via SMS
• Authorize login by scanning the QR code generated in the system
• Protect access with fingerprint or facial recognition, when available
• Use more than one user on the same mobile phone

How it works:
1. Open AuthEx and enter your email, password, and phone number (including area code)
2. Confirm the code received via SMS
3. When logging into the system, scan the QR code with the app
4. Confirm your identity and grant access

Who it's for:
Recommended for employees and users who access Exsis systems and need to authorize login on their mobile phone, with greater security than using only a password on a computer. Requirements
• Internet access for registration, SMS, and QR code authorization
• Correct phone number to receive the OTP
• Camera for reading the QR code

Privacy
AuthEx uses necessary data for authentication and device linking, such as email, phone number, and device identifier. Communication with the server is done via HTTPS.
