The HRCloud App is the quick and easy way to:
• Request PTO
• View your PTO history, including days pending and days still available
• View your pay information, like vouchers, deductions and paycheck history
• View and print W2s and paystubs
• See your benefit information (health, dental, vision, etc.), including plan name and type, effective dates, co-pays and premiums
• Access links to your benefit providers’ apps
• Receive messages from your company
• Call, chat or email Extensis’ Employee Solutions Center and talk to an HR Associate

This app is available for employees of companies using ExtensisHR.

Password is different than one I use on the website. Can see my recent pay statement on website but not app. Can't really view or do anything else. Much much less functional than the app of the company we switched from.

There is a bug in the time off dialog box. it is set to 4hrs and the button to change it is dead.

Can't login....this is the most pathetic app ever. Using the same credentials as on the website and I get an error stating username or password is incorrect. The app did work for a few months, but we are back to the crappy app again.

What’s new

This release introduces enhancements to PTO management, onboarding experience, and overall usability, aligning the mobile experience more closely with Prism ESS functionality.
