About this app

The ExtraDoc app is part of the Extrabat mobile suite.

With ExtraDoc, you can:
• View detailed customer records: contact information, addresses, contacts, documents, appointments, sales documents, etc.
• Generate a printable QR code for quick access to a customer record or document
• View files in your library and your customers' document folders
• Preview* and share any of these files
• Take a photo directly and send it to a customer's library or document folder
• Send photos, videos, PDFs, or other files in batches from any application that allows file sharing
• Create new folders
• Edit or add file and folder names, descriptions, or customer visibility settings

* Previewing some files may require the installation of third-party applications
