In the endeavour to make this possible EY’s Mobile Solution has been made available globally to all our clients who have opted for our payroll services and have requested for a Global Payroll Portal. Using this App our client employees can log in with biometric authentication which is completely secure and access their payroll related documents.

even though I enable the biometric login every time it still doesn't login a few days later with fingerprint. now it has stopped logging in at all. just crashes.

shocking app...crashes when opening then when you do finally manage to get into app you click on a payslip and the app crashes again....unusable and this is with the march 2026 update....please fix this

Update December 2023. Still absolutely useless, can't log in. I use 2FA and when I confirm my login attempt the app returns to the initial login page as if it's my first time accessing the app. I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 14. Definitely one of the most useless apps I've ever used. Always logging me out, extremely hard to log in. Used it a couple of times but uninstalling because it's just a waste of time.
