About this app

eyparent is a dedicated app that aims to engage parents and help them to understand their child’s development on a more regular and real-time basis, through their child’s learning journey. Nurseries can keep parents informed and involved with comments, home observations, daily diaries, reports, accident/incident sheets and messages. When integrated with eymanage and payment gateways, parents also have a full overview of their account and can view and pay invoices online.

I have never been able to post any observations on this app and still cant. However, Now all my sons photos, observations and daily diaries, timeliness and accident forms have disappeared completely and I no longer recieve any of these from the nursery despite them posting them. I can get messages on the communications tab and invoices only. I've uninstall and reinstalled several times but it has made no difference

March 2026: push notifications no longer exist. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, checked phone settings. My phone actually tells me the app has not sent any push notifications since reinstallation despite there being updates for my child and showing notifications in the bell icon within the app.

I've got the app, get email notifications saying its been updated, can I get into it? Of course not, even though I've been registered by our nursery. My partner can get on but woe be tied if I can. Waste of time. Edit, as per request of the developer. The fix they've put in hasn't done a damn thing. So my previous review still stands. Also, have the decency to spell my name correctly

What’s new

- Invoice & Payment Updates: Pay by Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, TFC and sign up to a Direct Debit mandate all through your parent app. Your childcare provider must sign up to eypay and enable these payment methods for it to appear in the app.
- Enhancement to your eyengage newsfeed to show an RSVP deadline when set by your childcare provider.
- General Improvements: Bug fixes and performance improvements for a smoother experience.
