About this app

eyparent is a dedicated app that aims to engage parents and help them to understand their child’s development on a more regular and real-time basis, through their child’s learning journey. Nurseries can keep parents informed and involved with comments, home observations, daily diaries, reports, accident/incident sheets and messages. When integrated with eymanage and payment gateways, parents also have a full overview of their account and can view and pay invoices online.

Ratings and reviews

Notifications stop working frequently. We have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get any notifications but then this only appears to work for a few days then back at square one. This has probably been going on for a year now and we're fed up of the process. The issue occurs on both android and Apple. App fix required as we don't seem to be the only ones with this issue.

Really useful app to see what my little one is up to at nursery! Recently I've had issues with the app signing me out then saying I have no internet connection so I can't sign back in, which is frustrating. Otherwise a really great app which allows the nursery to send updates, photos and messages so I know exactly how my child is doing. Would be 5 stars if the technical issues could be fixed! Thanks

notifications don't work only seem to get notified by email, no app notification comes through which is extremely annoying. im missing messages from nursery because the app isn't telling me theres a new message. please fix this, I wouldn't use the app if I had a choice but this is the one nursery use so I have to. very annoying.
