About this app

Bus Boss makes organising group transport simple. Whether you're running a supporters' bus to an away game, coordinating a school trip, or arranging transport for any group event, Bus Boss handles it all in one place: set up your trip, sell tickets, collect payment, and keep everyone updated automatically.

No more chasing dozens of people for cash on a spreadsheet, or losing track of who's actually coming. Passengers get a simple ticket-style booking confirmation and stay in the loop on any changes. Organisers get a clear passenger list and payment tracking, built specifically for how group trips actually work.

A built-in AI assistant helps first-time organisers set up their event in minutes — no manual required.

Whether you're booking a seat or running the whole show, Bus Boss keeps group transport organised properly.
