This is my fourth time purchasing items from your store. The best experience I have had is your customer service, which I would rate 10/10, especially from your lady staff member. She has excellent selling skills, strong product knowledge, and she helped us decide which items are most suitable for our needs. However, I would like to raise one concern: some of the contact lenses' texture could be improved for better comfort and satisfaction. Thank you.

purchased items on their sale promotions. and then they let u waitfor 2wks ,they cancelled the order.. reason: no stocks on any branch but the promotion still posted in their app.. full of false marketing. scam!

frustratingly difficult to use for no reason. it feels like the app was developed by people who never had to buy glasses before. where are the size constraints when filtering products?! the frame size is the most important factor when selecting one and there is no way of setting that when searching for frames. The virtual frame camera feature is also very misleading because it doesn't ask for an IPD measurement so the scale of the frames is completely made up. extremely disappointing service.
