My experience started out well, but I ran into a problem trying to delete a dollar card and realized how poor customer support is. It's been nearly a month, the problem hasn't been resolved and I have no access to the funds in my card. I receive no updates from customer support, I'm only told to be patient. Whenever I ask about the status of my ticket, the question is evaded. I don't recommend using this service. Kuda and Barter provide similar products with better customer support.

The app is okay but the main issue is the network, most time I can't login for a certain period of time and you'll get the "it's not you, it's us" error message when you login from the website. Fix the problem asap coz its really bad. Could have given a higher rating but my transaction has been delayed and I've missed out on other opportunities because of this

Has to be one of the best banking apps in Nigeria. You guys have to do better in terms of reversing failed(but unreversed) transfers faster quicker though. It takes weeks to reverse money that fails but is not reversed instantly. Not cool Edit: Gave five stars before but the app has been having lots of issues like not being able to receive money into the accounts or even send out. Their customer care is actually okay. Better than those of most other banks.
