Designed specifically for parents and guardians of K-12 students, EZA2B makes it easy to securely access your child’s information, request school bus transportation, and submit requests for service changes. You can also receive real-time notifications on the location of your child’s bus, check-ins/offs the bus, and push alerts regarding route changes or delays.

Ratings and reviews

The only good thing about the app, (if you can even log in or set up your account with no issues) is that you can see which bus number and where the bus stops to pick up and drop off your kids. I can only get the app to work on my laptop, and even then, I can only see very limited information. you can't actually see where the bus is in real time. it's not very user-friendly and just overall a terrible app. great in theory, though! Hopefully, it'll be a usable app soon.

We are nearly at the end of the 4th week of school and the app has finally let us login. I can see my kids' bus schedules. However, the bus tracker only shows the bus once it's in your zone which is too late. Other apps let you choose a notification radius. This one has a notification diameter. That doesn't affect the functionality but is just weird. As if the developers had never used a map before. And what the app says is a 5 mile diameter is actually closer to 0.6 miles.

I like the interface, but that's where it ends. I don't know if it's the app or not, but we either never get a notification or are notified after the fact of the bus. By the time we have been notified, the bus had already came and went, which means we're late picking the children up or dropping them off - so then we have to drive them to school. We never had this issue with our school's previous bus app, and I didn't know why they switched.
