Each trip displays the available payment methods.

Your ticket is saved on your phone.

Each passenger receives a unique QR code, and the return ticket has a code for each leg of the journey.

Save your ticket to your phone's photo gallery so you can view it even without network coverage at the meeting point.

The code is marked as used immediately upon scanning, so the same ticket cannot be used twice.

Wallet and Refunds

Monitor your balance in the app and track all your top-ups and bookings in your transaction history.

Request a cancellation directly from the ticket. The app displays the refund amount before you submit the request.

The cost of the return leg you didn't travel is still valid, so

Cancelling your booking after the outbound journey will refund the remaining amount.
