Ejib-iji is an apartment platform that analyzes and compares over 58,000 complexes in Busan and Seoul using 48 types of public data, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Real Transaction Price Index, Cheongyak Home, and School Information Service.

· Graphs showing individual transactions for sale, Jeonse, and monthly rent

· Filters for area and floor number, 12-month averages, and the proportion of reported high prices by area

· Check actual transactions for pre-sale rights as well

■ Analysis of 216 Factors — Perspectives over Scores

· 216 factors across 9 categories including transportation, school district, lifestyle, and environment

· Instead of a single score, it displays the characteristics of the complex by category, such as "Near subway station," "Large complex," and "Scheduled supply available."

■ Redevelopment & Reconstruction Map (NEW)

· Track 789 urban renewal projects in Busan and Seoul (as of July 2026) on a map

· Of these, 265 feature actual zone boundaries — view the shape of the zone rather than just points

· Project information including progress stages from zone designation to completion/cancellation, as well as the number of households

· View schools, hospitals, supermarkets, transportation, and commercial areas by radius on a single screen

● Service Areas

Official service is currently available in Busan and Seoul. We are preparing to launch in Gyeonggi and Incheon, and will expand sequentially to other regions as data becomes available.

We use data from public sources, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Real Transaction Prices, the Building Register, Cheongyak Home, School Information Service, and the Bank of Korea.
