I bought the EZ salt 2.0 unit and inadvertently connected it to my 5G network. The installation guide clearly says that the system needs to connected to a 2G network and does not function on 5G. I reached out to customer support for a way to reconfigure the settings and they promptly sent me a link for step by step instructions on how to factory rest the EZ salt 2.0 system. I reprogrammed the unit to the correct 2G network and the unit immediately began reporting. GREAT SYSTEM, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great convenience.
What’s new
Improved the salt refill schedule feature to allow date-specific notifications. This gives users greater control and accuracy of when they'll be notified about low salt. Also made other bug and UI improvements.
