About this app
Store Ledger is a simple, complete record book for your shop. Record every sale, purchase, payment and expense, know exactly what is in stock, and see who owes you money — all from your phone, in Arabic or English.
Your data stays on your phone. There is no account to create and no sign-in. Store Ledger works fully offline, so a weak connection never stops a sale.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Products and stock: add products with SKU, barcode, cost and price. Stock updates automatically with every sale and purchase, and low-stock items are flagged.
- Sales and invoices: sell several products in one invoice, give a discount, take full or partial payment, and share the invoice as a PDF. Void a sale and the stock and balances are corrected for you.
- Customers and credit: keep a list of customers, sell on credit and record payments. Always see who owes you and how much.
- Suppliers and purchases: record purchases from suppliers, pay now or later, and choose whether a new purchase price updates your product cost.
- Cash and expenses: track cash on hand, expenses by category, other income and salary payments.
- Employees: keep staff records with job title, phone, hire date and salary.
- Dashboard: today's sales, cash in and out, low stock and money owed, at a glance.
- Activity log: see every change made in your store.
BACKUPS
Create a backup at any time, then share it to Google Drive, WhatsApp, email or any app, and restore it on the same phone or a new one. A reminder helps you keep a recent backup off your phone.
SECURITY
Lock the app with your fingerprint or your phone's screen lock.
FOR ANY COUNTRY
Choose your country and currency, including currencies with 0, 2 or 3 decimal places. Full Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout.

Store Ledger is free to use for a single store, with up to 50 products, 10 customers, 10 suppliers, 3 employees and the last 30 days of history.
Store Ledger Pro adds:
- Reports: profit and loss, sales by day, week or month, best sellers, stock value, cash flow, customer and supplier balances, purchases and salaries
- Export reports as PDF and spreadsheet
- Unlimited history
- Unlimited stores, products, customers, suppliers and employees
- Encrypted, password-protected backups
- Saving backups to a folder on your phone
Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. The yearly plan gives you 12 months for the price of 11. Cancel anytime from Google Play.
If your subscription ends, nothing is deleted. Some features and extra records are locked until you renew.
