Ratings and reviews

False advertisements. They lie straight to your face. They advertise tickets and prices then demand a non refundable deposit for a time slot to buy tickets. Up to, during, and after my time slot, the tickets are still advertised as available but I could not buy them. I even tried to buy different tickets that were more expensive and was denied even though I still had time to purchase. Now I out $100.

Super buggy. Its almost impossible to even open the app as it crashes immediately when trying to open, regardless of attempts. Once you get in, if you can, the apps layout is intuitive and easy to use but its very slow and closes unexpectedly/crashes. I hope this is fixed before the actual race week.

It was easier to purchase tickets to the Caesar's Palace race in 1982 than navigating this mess. I'll stay home and watch on F1TV. At least that functions properly. I've been to multiple major races all over North America and never been restricted to one location during practice sessions. This isn't about the racing, it's about the event.
