Ratings and reviews

False advertisements. They lie straight to your face. They advertise tickets and prices then demand a non refundable deposit for a time slot to buy tickets. Up to, during, and after my time slot, the tickets are still advertised as available but I could not buy them. I even tried to buy different tickets that were more expensive and was denied even though I still had time to purchase. Now I out $100.

It was pretty interactive during the race but I had a lot of difficulty getting to my entrance. It would be amazing if there were specific tips and info about getting to the actual gates from the city itself.

Super buggy. Its almost impossible to even open the app as it crashes immediately when trying to open, regardless of attempts. Once you get in, if you can, the apps layout is intuitive and easy to use but its very slow and closes unexpectedly/crashes. I hope this is fixed before the actual race week.
