Ratings and reviews

The app is very buggy. Haven't been able to set up my email for months now. It crashes alot. Haven't been able to transfer money for 30 mins. The login takes 2-3 mins. And sometimes I'm not able to login. The buffer screen has been loading forever.

🙏🙏 I am extremely disappointed with the service of Kamana Sewa Bank. Their customer support is very slow and unhelpful. Even simple requests take an unreasonable amount of time, and the staff do not provide clear information. For customers living abroad, the service feels almost impossible to use. This bank seriously needs to improve its communication, responsibility, and professionalism.

This is the worst mobile banking app in Nepal. There is a code reset option in the app, but when I try to use it, I'm told I have to visit a branch to reset my password or PIN. If I still have to go to a branch, then why even include the reset option in the app? It's not customer-friendly at all. They deduct service charges whenever they want without the customer’s permission, but when a customer needs to change their password or PIN, they insist on a branch visit
