About this app

FASTER Partner connects tradespeople and technicians in Hurghada with clients needing work nearby. You see the job posting with photos, send your price, and the client chooses.

Who can register?
• Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, AC technicians, and other maintenance and finishing tradespeople.

• Engineering and finishing offices.

• Spare parts stores.

How it works?
• Register with your ID, a selfie, and your documents, and the FASTER team will review them.

• Turn on "Available" to receive nearby job postings.

• View the job details and photos, and send your price quote.

• When the client accepts your offer, you'll see their address and can contact them.

• Go to the client's location, inspect the work, and complete it. The client then confirms and evaluates the job.

Partner benefits?
• Registration is free, and there's a welcome gift for new tradespeople.

• Your profile: a profile, photos of your work, and your availability. The customer sees it while comparing offers.

• You set your price and choose the orders that suit you.

• The "Available" button can be turned on and off as you like.

• An in-app wallet to track your activity.

• For offices and shops: A page showcasing your products and a chat feature for customers.

• Loyalty levels and rewards that increase as you work more.

• FASTER takes a commission on each job; details are available within the app.

Location and Privacy
When you open "Available," or while on your way to a job, the app uses your location, even in the background, to deliver nearby orders and allow customers to track you on the map. A persistent notification appears while this is active, and location services stop as soon as you close "Available" or reach the customer. We do not use your location for advertising.

City
FASTER is currently operating in Hurghada (Red Sea).
