RollingRadius helps connect thousands of transporters, truck owners, and factory owners at one platform, from all over India.
The location, media, and contact permissions must all be granted while using the RollingRadius app. We ask for permission to access the location since we must track the vehicle to display to the user the route that the truck owner is taking transporting the package. We require the user's media permission because, if they purchase a business membership, they must upload an image of a company document. We need the user's contact permission as the application will use the information to link the truck owner and the load owner using their contacts.
We also take the internet permission from the user running the app.
The user's phone number, which is required to deliver an OTP and later serve as the user's username, must be entered to register. A user can log in using their phone number and password after registering. The user is directed to the app dashboard after logging in, where a quick tutorial on how to navigate the app is given. Users can navigate using a few options in the navigation bar to find automobiles, packages, and track vehicles.
Find Vehicle – Users can enter a few details about the vehicle they want to reserve on the "Find Vehicle" tab. For instance, the user can find a vehicle depending on the origin and the destination city. The user can choose the appropriate vehicle by using several filters that are also provided. The application creates a trip for the vehicle when a user searches for it.
Find Parcel – Users can use the filter option to narrow down the list of packages on the "Find Parcel" page according to their requirements.
My Trips – The software accesses the coordinates of the starting point on the "Trips" page, stores them, and then displays those locations on a map to create a route.
Subscriptions – The user can browse through several memberships offering various benefits on this page. The app requests "media" permission in this case so that it can upload an image of the users' business documents.
Additionally, the app gives users the option to view the app's background, terms & conditions, and privacy statement.
