Worst experience. My wishlist automatically got transferred in the cart due to faulty app. And I ordered many products by mistake. Now I want to cancel there is no cancel button at all. Whats the use when I can't cancel immediately. Ultimately I will have to return the products..which will waste your time as well as mine. Very very bad experience

Cannot see ordered items and so cannot track them or return them if fit is bad. It's difficult to get customer service to respond to emails and the app would have been a big help. Disappointed!

Worst service, there is no proper update on the delivery. They will say a date for delivery but when u call them on that day it would still be under processing and a week delayed. Waste response and service and they simply say shall I cancel the order without even trying to get it early.
