Placed an order on Nov 28, but neither has it been dispatched nor made to ready for dispatch. I have written to them several times but no response. Will not recommend anyone to purchase from here.

this looks like fake app.almost 2weeks no update of my order .even not showimg status also in app. cant even raise any complaint also . people should be alert to use ths app

Worst app. They dont deliver on time. More than 3 weeks. Dont give an expected date. What is the use of giving gift card if the order placed never reaches the customer. Neither do they refund in bank nor do they give the order. They are just scamming people. Better choose other sites that provide better quality products as well as service. This app should be banned and penalised for causing mental trouble to customers. Reporting this app.
