Pathetic app and pathetic shopping experience. I mean you are probably well aware that you might not get repeat customers so why let their money go. The return option prompts for selecting the source for refund with ONLY 1 option ie STORE CREDIT. I initially tried exchanging my item but then the options seemed limited and it did not let you have full image, details of the item. How is one supposed to opt an exchange looking at a thumbnail. Need to change such business tactic.

fable street delivery, return n exchange services are so pathetic. it's not enough to just list out pretty items, app needs to have complete customer experience including return n exchange. their delivery takes so long, no customer service number to talk to and very delayed response from customer care email.

fraud site. don't buy. I ordered 5 items with prepaid order 3 weeks ago. but received only 4 items for Order# 200577733. 1 item is still missing but showing as delivered. I already sent email but no resolution yet. DO YOU THINK BY CHEATING CUSTOMER YOU WILL RUN YOUR FRAUD BUSINESS FOR LONG??????
