Faccia is a complete electronic time and attendance and human resources management platform designed for Brazilian companies of all sizes. The system uses facial recognition with liveness detection to guarantee authenticity and security in time tracking, eliminating fraud. Employees register their arrival, departure, and breaks with biometric verification and GPS location capture, allowing the company to define authorized geographic zones for time tracking through geofencing.

The platform offers a flexible time bank with configurable renewal periods and differentiated multipliers for weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as well as complete vacation management with control of acquisition periods, expirations, and sale of days. Requests such as time adjustments, hour compensations, medical certificates, home office, and absence justifications go through an integrated approval workflow with support for attachments.

Real-time reports and dashboards provide metrics on overtime, absences, active employees, pre-closing analyses, and CSV export. With its multi-company architecture, Faccia supports multiple teams, roles, and work schedules, catering to everyone from employees who clock in and out and track their time bank to managers who approve requests and HR administrators with complete operational control.
