About this app

FaceSec is an application for administrators using FaceSec Japan Co., Ltd.'s facial recognition terminals.

From a smartphone connected to the same network, you can check the time clock, entry/exit records, and registered users remaining on the terminal.

■ Main Features
・Terminal List: Easily check the connection status of registered facial recognition terminals. Supports filtering and sorting by type.
・Today's Summary: Displays the number of people who have clocked in, clocked out, and are still clocking out for each terminal.
・Record List: Filter by period and authentication result. Supports export to CSV file.
・Registered User List: Check the number and name of people registered on the terminal.
・Multiple Terminal Aggregation: Displays imported records across terminals.
・Terminal Search: Find and register facial recognition terminals on the same network (works only while the "Find Terminal" screen is open).
・Demo: You can try the screen with sample data even if you do not have a terminal.

■ Requirements for Use
・A FaceSec facial recognition terminal and its administrator ID and password are required.
・Please use while connected to the same LAN as the terminal. This application does not connect via the internet.
* Communication with your device is not encrypted by default (whether it is encrypted depends on your device settings). Please use a trusted network.
* The information displayed in this application is not the official record for attendance management or payroll calculation.

■ Regarding your information
* This application does not incorporate mechanisms for analyzing usage, advertising, or crash reporting, and does not send information to our servers.
* Records and registered photos imported from your device are stored only on your Android device and are excluded from backups.

・複数端末の記録をまとめて表示
・端末の検索：同じネットワーク上の顔認証端末を探して登録
・デモ：端末をお持ちでなくても、サンプルデータで画面をお試しいただけます
