Facility-TRAK is the mobile timekeeping app for supervisors and employees in packing houses, processing plants, and other facility operations. Clock crews in and out, record hourly and piece-rate work, and keep time entries in sync with your Facility-TRAK organization.
A Facility-TRAK account is required.
FOR SUPERVISORS
• Start and stop work for a crew or selected employees
• Take attendance and see who is working now
• Create crews, assign people, and set a crew leader
• Switch an employee to another job without losing the current entry
• Configure each time entry: work center, mutual area, building, produce, varietal, event codes, and piece-rate lines
• Enter piece counts for a crew or per employee, including multiple piece-rate lines
• Set fixed lunch windows so breaks are applied automatically
• Review history, a calendar, and a daily summary of hours and pieces
• See organization insights: active and archived employees, H-2A and domestic workforce
