About this app

FacilityCare IQ is the app for running a small commercial cleaning company. Your crew sees tonight's jobs on their phone, checks in at the building, works the checklist in their own language and checks out. You set up the sites and the schedule, see who was where, and the monthly invoice comes from the schedule.

FOR CLEANERS

Tonight's jobs
Open the app and tonight's buildings are there, in order. Tomorrow and the days after sit under "Coming up", so nobody works the wrong night.

The job card
Everything for one building on one screen: the address with directions, the door or alarm code, your manager's note for the site, and the checklist for each area, in your language. Something you couldn't do (a locked room, no access)? Mark it in two taps instead of leaving it blank.

GPS check-in and check-out
One tap checks you in at the building and records the time and location. Check out when you leave. No background tracking: location is captured only at the moment you check in or out.

Running late? One tap
Stuck in traffic? Tell your manager you'll be 15, 30 or 60 minutes late with a single tap.

Photos when a client asks
Photos are optional. When a site asks for them, the job card asks for an after photo per area, and it stays with the visit.

Works offline
Basements, stairwells, no signal: check in, work the checklist and check out anyway. Everything syncs when you're back online.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS

Sites and customers
Address, door code, contact, contract rate and who cleans it: one card per building, set up from your phone.

The schedule
Set a building up once (Tuesdays and Fridays, 6pm) and tonight's list builds itself. Add a one-off job, reschedule or reassign from your phone.

Message the crew at a site
Write to the crew working a site tonight; each cleaner reads it translated into their own language.

Today at a glance
Missed visits, anything a cleaner couldn't complete, and anyone running late, on one screen.

Your team
For each person: contact, role, sites, hours this week and last week, and their recent visits.

Timesheets
Hours come straight from check-in and check-out, per person and per site. Export them to CSV for whoever runs your payroll.

Invoices from the schedule
Each site has a rate: monthly, per visit or hourly. The monthly invoice is drafted from the schedule and that rate. Send it by email, in your customer's language, with your payment instructions (your bank details, for example) printed on it. Mark it paid when the money arrives, from your phone or the web.

Monthly revenue
Invoiced and collected over six months, work done against what is invoiced, and who owes you and how late.

Free for up to 2 sites. Company owners can create their account in the app or at facilitycareiq.com, then invite their team. Cleaners, contractors and clients join through their company's invitation.

The Pro plan (more sites and more team members) is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought in the app. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Free stays free for up to 2 sites.
