About this app

FacilityProof is the field app used by cleaning and facility crews to document
the work they do on site. It is provided by the employer to its own staff — you
cannot sign up on your own, and there is nothing to buy.

WHAT YOU DO IN THIS APP

• See your jobs
Open the app and see the jobs assigned to you, with the site, the address and
the scheduled time.

• Check in with GPS
Tap to verify your location and start the timer. The app confirms you are at
the job site before the work begins, so the record of the visit is reliable.

• Photograph the finished work
Take before and after photos, area by area. Each photo is timestamped as it is
captured.

• Get an automatic quality score
When you finish a job, the photos are graded for cleanliness and you see the
score and a short written note about what stood out.

• Report a problem
Found a broken fixture or an empty dispenser? Open a maintenance ticket from
the field with a photo, so the office knows before it becomes a complaint.

• Bill your hours
Submit an invoice to your employer for the hours you worked. This is you
billing the company that hired you — money flows from the employer to you,
paid outside the app. Nothing is sold to you and no payment is processed here.

FOR COMPANY MANAGEMENT

Supervisors and office staff use a separate web dashboard at
app.facilitymanagement.pro to schedule jobs, review photos and quality scores,
and manage clients. That dashboard is a web application and is not part of this
Android app. This app is the field tool for the crew.

ACCESS

Your employer creates your account and authorizes your email address. There is
no self-registration, no fee, no subscription and no in-app purchase.
