Ratings and reviews

Have to use this app on the jobsite I'm working on. Worked great for the first few months, but ever since the update on Jan 28, 2026 I can't even open the app. It just crashes. I have uninstalled and re-download several times but still crashes after I sign in. I still receive notifications from the app though

continuously crashing. can't even open the app.

Will not upload reports. When I try and make observations all it does is have a spinning circle and does nothing. As of 4/15 app will not open.
