About this game

Factory Shift Boss is a factory management game where you run short production shifts by assigning workers, repairing machines, and balancing speed with quality.
During each shift, you control the factory floor by choosing which worker should operate each machine, changing the line speed, and repairing machines before their condition drops too low. Faster speed can increase output, but it also uses energy, wears machines down, and can reduce quality if you are careless.
Your objective is to reach the target output before the shift timer ends while keeping quality high. Strong shifts earn coins, star ratings, and better progress, while missed targets show where your line needs improvement.
The game includes 12 factory shifts with increasing targets and tougher production rules. Coins earned from successful shifts can be used for machine, worker, and energy upgrades, helping you unlock and complete more demanding factory challenges.
Features:
• Assign worker cards to different machines during live shifts.
• Repair cutters, assemblers, and packers before production slows down.
• Adjust line speed to balance output, machine condition, energy, and quality.
• Complete 12 shift levels with rising output targets.
• Earn coins, star ratings, and local progress.
• Upgrade machine condition, worker skill, and energy capacity.
• Play offline with no account signup required.
Step onto the factory floor, plan each shift carefully, and prove you can run a smooth production line.
Assign workers, repair machines and hit factory shift targets.
