About this app

247Uptime is an app suite for organizing and documenting industrial machine maintenance activities. The tool is designed for intuitive use and for cross-departmental organization of maintenance tasks, e.g. by machine operators, foremen, factory area managers, maintenance staff and service technicians from external companies. The aim of the application is to support collaboration for the various maintenance tasks, to provide information, to schedule routine tasks and to document knowledge.

247Uptime is a cloud application that is available to different user roles via smartphone app and desktop web app. A distinction is made between the user roles Standard User, Advanced User and Administrator, whereby the Advanced User, in contrast to the Standard User, is able to change master data and evaluate documentation.

The following main functions are shown in the application:

- Dashboard:
Overview of all assets (e.g. machines) in the factory or area, quick overview of current disruptions or planned maintenance, etc.
- Machine overview:
Master data, counter readings and current messages from the machine at a glance
- Machine history:
Documentation of the entire machine life in a clear timeline
- FAQ and documentation:
Storage or retrieval of any documents relating to a machine (operating instructions, maintenance instructions, spare parts lists, etc.)
- Maintenance schedule:
Planning and description of recurring maintenance tasks
- Maintenance instructions and documentation:
Carrying out and documenting maintenance tasks
- Cost recording:
- Recording the costs for maintenance tasks or malfunctions according to the categories: man-hours (internal), costs for external service providers, parts costs, operating material costs, downtimes)
- Incident recording and documentation:
Quick documentation of malfunctions or any incidents on an asset using text, video, photos, references to photos, etc. Sending the malfunction report to those interested, marking the malfunction as open, in progress or resolved. Adding solutions to a specific problem and documenting this solution
- Search the database and documents for easy use of the accumulated, documented knowledge
