Factumi Mozo is the order-taking app for waiters and servers in restaurants using the Factumi system.

Designed for the real-time pace of service: clear screens, large buttons, and table statuses visible at a glance.

MAIN FEATURES

- Real-time table information: see which tables are free, occupied, or pending payment, organized by restaurant area.

- Fast order taking: search for products by name or category and add them to the order in seconds.

- Product notes: "no onion," "medium-rare"—the kitchen receives every detail.

- Direct order to kitchen: send the order and it prints automatically on the kitchen's thermal printer (WiFi network, 80mm).

- Add to existing orders: add products to occupied tables without losing what's already been ordered.

- Reprint orders whenever you need to.

- Always-available menu: products are saved on the device for instant access.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter your restaurant's subdomain (e.g., yourrestaurant.factumi.pe).

2. Log in with your server credentials.

3. Select a table, take the order, and send it to the kitchen. That's it!

REQUIREMENTS

This app requires an active account on the Factumi system (factumi.com), the electronic invoicing and management software for restaurants in Peru. Printing order slips requires a network thermal printer at the restaurant.
