Facturo — Invoices, Quotes, and Electronic Billing

Create professional invoices, quotes, and receipts in seconds, even without an internet connection. Facturo is designed for freelancers, self-employed individuals, tradespeople, and small businesses who want to invoice simply and quickly.

INVOICING
• Invoices, quotes, and receipts with your logo and contact information
• Automatic calculation of totals, VAT, and taxes, multi-currency
• Custom numbering, due dates, and payment terms
• PDF export and sharing via email, messaging, or file
• Search for your clients by name or SIREN/SIRET number in the official business directory

ELECTRONIC INVOICING REFORM (2026-2027)
• Issue your invoices in Factur-X format (EN 16931) via an approved platform
• Track each status: submitted, received, accepted, paid, rejected
• Receive electronic invoices from your suppliers in the app, accept them, reject them, or mark them as paid
• Mandatory information verified before sending (customer's SIREN number, delivery address, VAT regime)

MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS
• Quotes accepted online by your clients (approved), then converted Invoices
• Expenses and mileage allowances with scanned receipts, monthly expense report
• Cash flow: expected weekly receipts, VAT and social security contributions to be accrued
• Accounting file: PDF, Factur-X, CSV, and ledgers in a zip file, sent monthly
• Bank reconciliation from your bank's CSV export
• Client area with your bank details and a "transfer made" button

ACCOUNT AND SYNC (OPTIONAL)
• Works entirely offline; the account is optional
• Log in via email, Apple, Google, or GitHub to save and sync your data across devices
• Data hosted in the European Union

LANGUAGES
• Fully available in French and English

Facturo Pro unlocks unlimited invoices, PDF export, and electronic invoicing. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
