Suicide? Help! - An information app for people who are thinking about suicide or are worried about someone else.

As well as providing detailed information about suicide, such as how to get help and what signs to look for in others, this app also provides details of services the user can contact particularly in the UK and Tayside.

We have also included the Safety Plan section. This feature allows you to create your own safety plan to help you through difficult times.

Great if u r in the UK

NHS 24 has changed its phone number to 111. AMHA are no longer in existence as they merged with SAMH. Penumbra also have nova projects in Montrose & Forfar. Otherwise it's a decent app if you need quick access to phone numbers.
