I've never had a single good experience on this app. I usually use the unique booking feature, and drivers typically accept the rides, but I've had multiple experiences where drivers never showed up. When I called them, they said they never accepted the ride in the first place. This is super frustrating - I'd rather use Avas ride if the booking feature doesn't work, since this is the only unique feature you have!

Today I booked a car for a family ride from the Fahi Ride app. On the first try, a driver was assigned to us. It showed that the driver was nearby and would reach our location within a minute. My husband and I, along with our 3-month-old baby, waited for the car to arrive. We waited for 15 minutes, but the car never arrived. So, we took another taxi from the road. Because of the driver assigned by the app, we wasted 15 minutes waiting.

maybe it is good but due to requiring a text to my phone outside the country i can't access the app
