About this app
Fair Assistant is a business card scanner for trade show exhibitors and visitors. Every contact is tied to the fair where you met the person, the app works without internet, and your contacts stay on your phone. The pass is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
Scan a card and the app turns it into a tidy contact, kept with photos, notes and the fair. Use it for lead capture at your stand, or to keep the trade fair contacts you collect as a visitor. Back home, you have a list of people and next steps instead of cards to retype.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Scans business cards. Photograph a card and the app reads it on your phone. It suggests the name, company, job title, phone numbers, email, website and country. You review and correct every detail before saving.
• Works without internet. Scanning, notes and work with saved contacts are available even when the network in the hall is weak or missing.
• Photos and notes. Add photos and a written or voice note to each contact: what the person is interested in, which product you showed, what you promised and what the next step is.
• Contacts per fair. Every contact is tied to the fair where you met the person, so several fairs and campaigns stay apart. Pick the fair from the Fair Assistant directory or enter your own.
• Quick follow-up. From a contact, open email, WhatsApp, Viber or WeChat and get in touch while the person still remembers you. Filter contacts by fair, country and other saved details.
• Ratings and reminders. Rate each contact and set a reminder to follow up.
• Excel export and backup. Export contacts, notes, ratings and fair details to an Excel report. A backup keeps contacts, photos and notes in a single file that you control.
• 22 languages. The interface is available in 22 languages.
PRIVACY
By default, business cards are read on your phone. Contacts, photos, notes and reports are stored on your phone, and you decide when to export, share, back up or delete them. Signing in with Google is used for the licence only: the licence server keeps what it needs to know whether you may use the app, never your contacts.
You can delete your server account in the app (More → Account and licence → Delete server account) or by e-mail. Deletion becomes final after 7 days, and your contacts stay on your phone. Details: fairassistant.com/en/delete-account/
FREE TRIAL AND PERSONAL FAIR PASS
Without signing in, you can try the app and save up to 5 business cards (button "Try without registration"). Signing in with Google then starts the free trial, which lasts 14 days and covers one fair.
Personal (Personal Fair Pass) is for one person and covers two fairs for 30 days. It is a one-time purchase through Google Play with no subscription. Contacts saved with the pass stay available to you for good.
AI INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES
AI is included in the Personal and Enterprise packages at no extra cost. It is off by default. When you turn it on, AI can read a business card when scanning on your phone fails, draft a follow-up email and summarize your notes. You check everything before you save or send it. When you use AI, the content of that card or note is sent to an AI service for processing. Your contacts stay on your phone.
TEAMS (ENTERPRISE)
One person buys the pack and the team joins with a code or a QR. Packs are available for 5 and 20 people and cover the whole team for 30 days and two fairs. Members send their local reports to the team leader. When the leader imports them, duplicates are skipped and the app remembers who entered which contact. The leader also sees team statistics. AI is included for every member, and extra seats can be added. A Personal user can join a team. Contacts are not synced continuously over the internet.
