Fair Divider is a rent splitter built for roommates, flatmates, and housemates who want to split rent, split bills, or split shared costs fairly. Everyone privately says how much each room is worth to them, and the app works out what each person pays for the room they end up with, sharing the total rent or cost among everyone — so nobody would rather have someone else's room at that person's price.
