Fairfield County Bank has gone through a complete digital transformation. The look and feel of their new app is user friendly and easy. They have added in several digital services right within the app including Zelle and a free Credit Score tool. I can even open another account right from the application in a matter of minutes. The mobile deposit issues reported back in 2017/2018 are no longer a problem. I can make a deposit from anywhere at any time. I love this banking app.

Clunky at best. Also, fingerprint stopped working at all, and locks you out after trying a couple of swipes. Another terrible FCB experience.
