 Storage Analyzer turns your phone's storage into a clear, interactive picture so you can finally see where your gigabytes are going.

 

A live donut chart shows used vs free space. A multi-ring sunburst lets you drill from your whole library down to a single file — sized by the actual bytes each file occupies. Smart categories group your media by type, size and date so the biggest space hogs are one tap away.

PRIVACY FIRST — VERIFY IT YOURSELF

 

Storage Analyzer is built for people who don't want yet another app phoning home. It runs entirely on your device:

 

• No account, no sign-up, no email required

• No cloud upload, ever

• No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising IDs

• No third-party SDKs

• No ads

• The INTERNET permission is stripped from the app's Android manifest — the app physically cannot reach the network.

 

The app's index of your files lives only in memory while the app is open. Close the app and the index is gone.

 

PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED

 

The app requests only what each feature needs:

 

• Photos and videos access: to count and group your image/video files

• Music and audio access: to count and group your audio files

• Legacy file access (Android 10 and older only): for the same purpose on older devices

 

That's it. No location, no contacts, no microphone, no camera, no SMS.

 

HONEST LIMITS

 

A few things you might expect from a "storage" app that this build deliberately doesn't include:

 

• Listing every installed app with its cache size — requires privileged system APIs we don't request

• Clearing app caches — same reason

• Cloud-drive connections (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) — would require OAuth and account systems that defeat the privacy stance

 

Rather than fake these features with mock data, we've left them out. Everything you see in the app is real, live, from your device.

 

WHY YOU MIGHT WANT IT

 

• You're out of storage and the system "Storage" panel just shows a single useless bar

• You want to know which folder of memes is really eating 12 GB

• You'd like to delete or share files without bouncing through a file manager

• You prefer apps that don't ask for your email
