About this app

Fleet Glide is an internal fleet management and support application designed for delivery drivers and fleet operations.

Drivers can use Fleet Glide to manage their daily shifts, communicate with dispatchers, and receive real-time support while on the road.

Key features:

• Shift Management — Clock in when starting a shift and clock out when the shift is complete.

• Live Route Tracking — During an active shift, Fleet Glide collects precise location data to monitor route progress and support operational safety.

• Real-Time Support — Drivers can request Real-Time Support (RTS) when they encounter an issue on the road. Once approved by a dispatcher, a live support conversation is opened.

• Live Messaging — Drivers and dispatchers can exchange text messages in real time to coordinate and resolve operational issues.

• Notifications — Drivers receive notifications for unread messages from dispatchers.

Fleet Glide is intended for authorized fleet drivers, fleet operators, and logistics employees. User accounts are pre-provisioned by the company or administrator and are not created directly within the app.

Fleet Glide uses secure HTTPS and WebSocket Secure (WSS) connections for data transmission. Precise location tracking is active only while a driver's shift is active.

Note: Fleet Glide is an enterprise application intended for authorized business users.
