About this app

Fairways Operator is the staff-side app for golf clubs that run their events on Fairways. It puts the tournament desk in your pocket: check players in, keep scores moving, and watch the leaderboard update live, from anywhere on the course.

Built for the people running the event, not the people playing in it. If your club uses Fairways, sign in with your staff account and every event you manage is already there.

CHECK-IN
Scan a player's QR code and they are checked in. No laptop at the front table, no paper list. See at a glance who has arrived and who is still missing.

LIVE SCORING
Enter scores hole by hole, or photograph a paper scorecard and let Fairways read the handwriting and fill in the scores for you. Corrections are one tap.

LEADERBOARDS
Gross, net, skins, flights, and team formats update in real time as scores come in. What you see on your phone is what the clubhouse TV is showing.

TOURNAMENT SETUP
Create a full event from your phone. Describe the tournament out loud and the setup assistant fills in the format, field, and details, or build it by hand with the same options as the desktop app.

PAIRINGS AND TEE SHEETS
Generate pairings, adjust them with drag and drop, and publish the tee sheet to players in seconds.

MEMBERS AND GUESTS
Look up any member or guest, see their history, and add new players on the spot.

ONE SYSTEM WITH YOUR DESKTOP
Fairways Operator is the mobile side of the Fairways tournament platform. Everything you do here is instantly reflected on the web app, the TV leaderboards, and the player portal.

A NOTE ON ACCOUNTS
This app is for club staff. Accounts are provisioned by your club on Fairways, so there is no public sign-up. If your club is interested in Fairways, visit https://app.sunshinegolfholdings.com to get in touch. Players in your events use the separate Fairways player experience instead.
