I cannot add money to the wallet through credit card , whenever am choosing credit card the screen goes blank ! I contacted the customer service , they said check if the app is updated eventhough i uploaded it in the morning before i contact them ! i uploaded the app on another device , its showing the same , no page for credit payment !!!!!

Disappointed experience. The app would rarely work, when it does, the location is so imprecise that your ride will lock again. Customer service is full of empty promises and even the staff will tell you to contact the WhatsApp customer service to avoid helping you out. As a free trial it was disgraceful but to pay for that service is unacceptable.

Buggy app. Often unable to add money. Or if it's there any credit on the wallet, it takes a lot of resets until the app is able to work properly and finally unlock any scooter. If you're in a hurry, better off go on foot
