App is useless, absolutely useless! I downloaded the app as ai wanted to see if it would work, as I used to just feel the bags, now its in boxes. But it will NOT scan, I cleaned my camera lenses assuming that they were dirty, but that didn't do anything. It picks up everything but the code I want to scan, it jusr goes blurry and faded, but will not focus. I tried zooming in, but all it did was make it more blurry and faded

No longer works. I used the app for the D&D and space themed figures and it worked off and on but with the Spiderman figures it just doesn't scan the code on any of them. As other reviews state, the image goes blurry and there's no way to clear/sharpen the image. It would be handy if it allowed users to focus the image rather than just zoom in and out, which does nothing to aid the quality of the image. Or, how about being able to take a still image and then using that to read the box code?

Figure finder is useless. We have S24 (not the ultra) and the scanner just won't work. The issue is no focus. Need the software team to go back to the design table on this...looks like the reviews fell off just recently. Gotta be an issue of not talking to the phone.
