This app used to work great before the last 2 updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled both times and it won't load my policy. It keeps crashing at the login. Please fix this. It's extremely irritating and I rely on this to pay. Thank you.

Awful app says the app had a problem when i try to paym tells me this 20 times before it works. EVERY MONTH. On top of that i got hit by another driver on 11\26\2022 and made a claim. Got left one voicemail 3 days later. NEVER HEARD BACK LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS. LEAVING THIS COMPANY AFTER 4 YEARS. My car? Oh i had to get a lawyer. My shoulder was hurt too(not like they cared to ever talk to me TO ASK.

I like that you can pay online with almost anything today but what i dont like about this app is, it doesnt store card info so i dont have to put the same info in everytime. I also dont like that when its paid its not a "insurance card" sent out automatically in the mail. I have not gotten a card. I got one in the mail probably 2 times when i started now i dont received them. This is Very inconvenient app.
