Once you place an order, if you navigate away from the confirmation, there is no way to access your order history in the app. App is a little glitchy when editing quantity too; one item gave the "Update Basket" option, but others did not so I had to click the back arrow which would update maybe one item but not another (ex. beef brisket meat add-on would not update) so I had to remove from cart and re-add with update quantity. Weird to not have the option to add quart sizes for the sides too.

Thank you for your feedback Jennifer! One note on the quart sizes, if you look in the "Family To Go" section we have larger side and meat options available.

For your three meat combo on the app, you don't allow us to choose the same items more than once and force us to choose things that we don't want. When we are in the restaurant or call for pickup, we can choose the same meats, like having all rib tips as an option, for example. Please do the same thing for the app, like you did in the past.

Okay app, frustrating is you can't use a gift card to pay. So I have to call the place, which adds another hiccup if I want to use the rewards program. And tonight I called 20 minutes before closing, got sent to a call center who took 10 minutes to take my order and gave me a time to pick up after they closed. They then asked that I call the store, but by that point there was no direct line to them. I guess it's a pizza night.
