Very disappointing experience with FamPay. My account has been showing an "Unusual Activity Detected" error for the last 3 weeks, and I still cannot access my account. I have tried all the suggested solutions, submitted emails, raised support tickets, and even tried contacting customer care, but there has been no proper response or resolution. The customer support service is extremely poor and unhelpful. It is frustrating to be locked out of my account for so long without any assistance.

Terrible experience. I made a payment of ₹750 through this app, but the recipient never received the money. It has been more than 24 hours, and I still haven't received a refund. The worst part is the customer support. I emailed them and got a response, but no real help or solution. The app only has an AI/chatbot that is completely useless when you actually need assistance. When I tried to report the payment issue, the app asked me to select the transaction from a list, but no transa

I have been a long time user of FamPay, however recently I have faced quite a few issues in the application. One of my payments was misrouted to a random number, even though I payed one of my contacts. When I contacted FamApp they kept insisting it's my fault, eventually they told me that they would initiate a charge back, but now more than 3 weeks are over and there's still no update from their side.
