I downloaded FamPay to create an account, but the sign-up process is completely blocked. The app continuously gives an error stating that services aren't available in my area, even though location permissions are turned on and FamPay is supported here. Hope the support team resolves this location detection issue soon so new users can actually register.

I had a very disappointing experience with FamPay. I made the AutoPay payment only once, but due to what appears to be an issue with AutoPay, the amount was deducted 3 times. The biggest problem is the customer support. I tried contacting support and waited for a long time, but I could not get proper assistance. I also tried calling, but after almost 1 hour of struggling, I was still unable to speak to someone who could properly address my query.

Very disappointing experience. I requested a phone number change over two weeks ago, but the status still shows "Phone Number Change – In Progress." I have contacted customer support through the app and also sent emails to the official support team, but I haven't received a single response. The lack of customer support is extremely frustrating. Please improve your response time and resolve customer issues instead of leaving them waiting for weeks without any update.
