FamPay is honestly amazing! It's super easy to use and makes handling money so much simpler. I love how I can make online and offline payments without needing a bank account, and the app looks really cool too. The FamCard is awesome - I can control it easily from the app, and I get instant notifications after every transaction. The rewards, cashback, and FamCoins just make it even better! It's also great for learning money management.

the payment speed is way too slow, whenever I'm on local shops buying items and I make a payment from this app, it takes 5-10 minutes just for the payment interface to open and load, even though my internet is working completely fine. This is really frustrating and a huge problem because the local shops won't give you that much time between all the customers. Please consider my complaint and get rid of this problem. It'll be really appreciated.

I’m facing a lot of issues. My payments are getting stuck because of an authentication error, and it’s really frustrating. Even after trying multiple times, the problem still isn’t solved.My experience with famapp has been extremely disappointing. I'm constantly emailing them about the payment authentication issue yet no proper action has been taken.
