FamApp is actually a very useful app with a clean interface, good cashback offers, and smooth overall experience. Payments and features work well most of the time, and the app feels easy to use compared to many others. However, my recent delivery experience was disappointing. Their delivery partner marked my package as “undelivered” and sent it for return without even contacting me properly. No call or message was received, which felt very unprofessional.
