Very disappointing experience with FamPay. My account has been showing an "Unusual Activity Detected" error for the last 4 days, and I still cannot access my account. I have tried all the suggested solutions, submitted emails, raised support tickets, and even tried contacting customer care, but there has been no proper response or resolution. The customer support service is extremely poor and unhelpful. It is frustrating to be locked out of my account for so long without any assistance.

I had a very disappointing experience with FamPay. I made the AutoPay payment only once, but due to what appears to be an issue with AutoPay, the amount was deducted 3 times. The biggest problem is the customer support. I tried contacting support and waited for a long time, but I could not get proper assistance. I also tried calling, but after almost 1 hour of struggling, I was still unable to speak to someone who could properly address my query.

Hi, I’m trying to customise my UPI ID, but the process has been stuck on the loading screen for more than 20 minutes. I’ve tried waiting and reopening the app, but the issue still persists. Please look into this issue and help me customise my UPI ID as soon as possible. It’s quite frustrating to have the process stuck without any error message or update.
