A dedicated native app for scanning tickets issued via Fanbase. Includes rapid on-device validation, offline scanning, add-on fulfilment, stats, and more.

Requires a Fanbase Scanner invite from a partner team in order to get started.

What’s new

This release introduces organisation-managed scanner device setup: scan a club-generated QR code to pair your device, then unlock easily with your club's 4-digit PIN. Configure in the portal with entry management for a painless PIN and scan experience.

We've also added invite code sign-up so new users can create their account directly in the app using a code from their club admin, and a code-based password reset flow that lets you securely set a new password without leaving the app.
