Works when it wants to work, which is less than half the time I need it to. I own two of these. My main TV pulses white no matter what I choose even though it's connected. All I can do that does anything is turn it off and on. When it works it works good but if there's any white in the picture background it strobes, flashing like crazy. I paid a large amount of money for this junk and I'll never make this mistake again. No firmware updating for such a device shows you it's cheapness.

We can provide OTA updates, however, it seems have not reached out to us. Please contact us so we can assist you. You are still well within the warranty period. I am really sorry you have had this issue.

New update genuinely sucks so bad. Should have kept the old one where you can actually choose a scene instead of only a color. Not user friendly at all!

Awful at connecting to the device. Can't find via Bluetooth or WiFi. Has a QR code scanner which just sends me to a link to download this app.
